NDIS information for participants, support coordinators, and plan managers
Hi there, thank you for finding us!
*Note regarding October 2024 NDIS changes in relation to ‘animal therapy’: All of our practitioners are certified, registered and insured psychologists, counsellors or occupational therapists. As such, each practitioner charges under their relevant line item. Our practitioners offer a variety of therapeutic interventions relevant to their field, including equine-assisted therapy (‘animal-assisted therapy’). The NDIS is trying to get rid of people who are unqualified and pretend to offer ‘equine therapy’. You don’t have to worry about our service, as our practitioners are highly qualified and registered under their regulatory bodies. We now include professional registration numbers of each practitioners on their invoices.
We offer three different services, all of which can be charged to NDIS funding:

—> All sessions include options for face to face meetings, telehealth, parent intake sessions, stakeholder meetings, NDIS reports, NDIS letters, letters or reports to medical professionals (I.e. GP), and more. Session content are based around your NDIS goals. Face to face sessions include set up, preparation and note-taking time.
Upon booking with us, we’ll send you an online service agreement and intake form to review, complete, and sign. This helps both of us to plan how to best use your NDIS funding, and clarifies expectations.
Therapists write NDIS letters of recommendation and end of session reports upon request. We ask that you give us 2-4 weeks notice.
Our practitioners happily attend stakeholder meetings, and are available to meet with other allied health professionals to review participant goals.
We will communicate with your allied health team, making sure our therapeutic goals align across disciplines.
We’ll ensure your NDIS funding is used properly, here’s why:
At the moment, ‘equine therapy’ is completely unregulated. This means that anyone can call themselves an ‘equine therapist’, when they are not trained in mental health or disability support!
We’re different.
All of our practitioners are highly trained, qualified, insured, and undergo regular supervision and personal development. They are also highly managed under other regulatory boards such as AHPRA or ACA.
Our practitioners have both the academic background and experience in the fields of mental health and disability support.
Our team is passionate about providing high-quality, comprehensive mental health and disability support.
